These badges are not endorsements but markers of participation in our capacity-strengthening journey together. Whether you’re just getting started or well on your way to institutional maturity, there’s a place for you here.
Level 1: PLRCAP Engaged Hub Member
This is our entry-level badge, awarded to organizations that are actively exploring capacity development opportunities through the Hub.
You’ll need to:
Complete all the fields on the membership application form so we can know more about you.
Join and participate regularly in PLRCAP trainings, webinars, or events
Regularly use learning tools and resources available on the NGO Support Hub
If you’re showing up and using what’s available to grow — this badge celebrates that effort.
Level 2: PLRCAP Esteemed Hub Member
This badge recognizes organizations that have taken bigger steps toward organizational growth and structure.
You’ll need to:
Complete our Organizational Development (OD) Assessment and graduate from the PLRCAP intensive OD program
Submit your legal registration documents (e.g. CAC certificate), which we’ll review and verify
This level shows your commitment to becoming a stronger, more sustainable organization.
Level 3: PLRCAP Eminent Hub Member
This is our highest badge level — reserved for organizations that have a proven track record and meet key credibility standards.
You’ll need to:
Meet all Level 2 criteria
Complete an onsite verification visit by the PLRCAP team or a trusted partner
Share evidence of your project impact, showing how your work is making a real difference in your community or sector
