Over 5 years of my 12+ years career was dedicated to peacebuilding and security sector governance, I have facilitated over 50 capacity building sessions including training and mentorship. I have coached over 60 individuals and 100+ organizations across different professional areas listed above. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to make impact in the space which further motivates me to seize every opportunity to contribute my quota towards transferring my knowledge, skills and experiences to the next generation of experts within the space.
Mentoring philosophy
My mentoring philosophy is based on social transformation of Paulo Freire who believe that education must be centred upon developing critically conscious, 'humanized', learners who act to liberate themselves, and the world, from injustice.

Yes, I have mentored a couple of organizations across my career and most recently as a NIF PLRCAP staff and also supporting the a cohort of organizations through the NHF funded localization project implemented by GoalPrime organization of Nigeria.
