Yes Financial Management Organization capacity assessment My work encompasses guiding the organizations to understand how the organization will effectively manage various aspect of their financial operation also to help the mentee build a capacity needed to make informed financial decision and achieve their organization financial goals My experience working with these mentee I notice a lot of them have inadequate internal operation , as we all know internal operations is every thing that allow organization to function properly and the key area of internal operations are the procedures, policies and system In my experience working with them i notice they don't have enough resource to carry out their program and they tend to depend on donor and partner solemnly
